Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel a scheduled coaching session without incurring any fees.
- Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice: No fee.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of $75.00 will apply.
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a coaching session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time.
- Rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice: No fee.
- Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice: It will be treated as a cancellation, and the cancellation fee of $75.00 will apply.
Exceptions: Exceptions may be made in cases of documented emergencies or unforeseen circumstances that prevent timely notification. Please contact your coach as soon as possible in such situations.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled coaching session without prior notification (a “no-show”) will result in the full session fee being charged.
Communication: All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be communicated directly to [Coach’s Name] via [preferred communication method, e.g., phone, email].
Policy Updates: Your coach reserves the right to modify this cancellation and rescheduling policy at their discretion. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
Agreement: By scheduling a coaching session with your coach, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
