Anton has a clear and down to earth way of talking about the Principles and the new paradigm. When I speak with Anton I slow down and see things clearly.
He doesn’t interfere in the conversation and is staying out of giving advice so I can see it for myself.
Thanks for the coaching sessions and the broadened view in this conversation.

“I had a coaching session via video meeting with Anton on Friday. We discussed a couple of issues that had been bothering me for some years around social situations and travelling with my anxiety.
I had been procrastinating for sometime over a holiday that I had coming up with my family and was experiencing a lot of fear and anxiety about travelling and leaving my responsibilities in someone else’s hands.
Anton has such a wonderful calm and comforting manner and approach. His simple uncomplicated suggestions were profound and I found myself feeling suddenly much lighter about my upcoming situation.
The next morning I had taken positive steps to put in place care for my household while away, which worked out to be another really helpful connection.
Just as Anton had described to me, the wonderful way life opens up opportunities for you, when you start looking in the right direction. Many thanks Anton”

“Before I had my session with Anton I felt unsure about being visible. This is something that a lot of coaches seem to struggle with. I felt I had to do videos and be on as many social media platforms as possible, otherwise no one was going to trust and like me.
Anton helped to solidify my desire to keep things as simple as possible. He gently confirmed that I can be visible in a way that I enjoy and not necessarily in a way that others expect from me.
Finding what it is you truly enjoy doing, he told me, helps you stay consistent.
It’s the most important thing, because people have very short attention spans these days.
I would highly recommend you connect with Anton. His calm gentle presence, and lovely accent, all contributed to a very nice and inspiring experience that I will remember for days to come.

I absolutely loved my time with Anton. He is calm, concise and honest. During my time with him he brought me from feeling overwhelmed about my business and not knowing what to do next to a clear action step to take.
It was the nudge and inspiration I needed to move to the next step.
He let me talk about all the things I thought I needed to do and through his keen listening he pulled out what I most needed to hear.
After our session I was able to complete the step I needed which spiraled into taking more action in my business. I’m so grateful for our time together and would recommend anyone looking to go from overwhelmed to calm to work with Anton.

Since I finished college I have struggled with the question of what do I want to be “when I grow up.” I was so focused on the idea that the work I was doing was not good enough, not right, not a good fit. I had this idea always that I should be doing more. My obsessive thinking around work defined who I was in my mind, and I was always failing and always behind.
Honestly, I came to the LSBC with the idea that I was here for my dysfunctional relationship with food, and I was able to see that my thinking about myself as not good enough and obsessing about how I was being viewed in the world was really the source of my dissatisfaction with my work life and with my relationship with food/my body.

I have been sober for the last 6 years thanks to AA’s 12 step program which is amazing. But I did not feel that the promises of a new freedom and a new joy and had come true for me. I was still looking for a manager for my problems or some other way to deal with them, and had not found a satisfactory solution.
This understanding has given me many valuable insights. One of the biggest is probably that all my challenges stem from my own thoughts, that I actually do not have to deal with them at all, that they are harmless to feel and that they disappear by themselves when the thoughts disappear. I experience gratitude and compassion to a much greater degree after I have gained a better understanding of how we humans experience life.

It was difficult for me to be present because of the worst-case scenarios that would play out in my head. My inner mean girl had a loud, persistent voice. I believed my thoughts to be true.
I pay far less attention to my thoughts. I can notice when my thinking is bringing me down and let my thoughts go. My mind is quieter. My life is so much better…thank you, Amy, and your incredible team.

I have struggled with depression and anxiety most of my adult life. I am an overachiever and get super caught up in my thoughts. I have put a lot of energy into trying to relax and enjoy life more.
I am finding that instead of feeling so wound up that instead I am DE-pressed. Meaning I am not pressed for time and getting things done. It is a new feeling and at times I felt confused . . . Yet I am seeing that it’s a different way of being in life and I am adjusting.

I was crippled with postpartum anxiety and very scared, struggling to take care of my Daughter and struggling to take care of Myself. It was a very difficult times in my life.
After Amy I became overwhelmed with joy, peace, love and gratitude for Her helping Me find my way. For instilling such a strong knowing within Me that everything is always okay no matter what, and that who I am and what I think is normal, or rather, what crosses my mind is normal. It was such a breath of fresh air and an amazing experience to know that I’m Human, and I’m okay. Her such strong belief in Me helped make Me the Woman I am today and I am forever grateful to Her and the team. Thank You for all that You do. With love. Xx

My struggle before finding Amy’s course was not being able to get over the death of my much loved sister. I continually had a “sad” feeling inside, despite it being almost 5 years since her death. When I felt happiness I would replace it with guilt or sadness – guilt because I was here experiencing life still and sadness that she was no longer here to share in life.
This course helped me recognise that my life was my own, and my sister’s was hers. It was within my own thoughts that I was continually getting caught up, creating my own experience of continual sadness. Life is rising and falling “within me” all the time, and I now recognise that space within me which is my own essence and I engage with my life moment to moment now – seeing my thoughts but not necessarily ‘feeling’ them all the time. I have found a gratitude for my own life experience.

It’s been a slow uncovering. I realized fear and anxiety were really my “habit.” I stopped thinking about procrastination completely, and just saw the anxiety. That’s started to slowly fall always as well. It’s improved my relationships too.
Most of my change has occurred on the inside and may not be as noticeable on the outside. I feel much more confident and really "Know" my sense of well-being and self-worth. I know "who I am" and "how" the mind works and look forward to the unfolding of the future. Life is truly an exploring process and I am constantly discovering the invisible, spiritual loving nature of Life. I approach each day as a new moment and am excited to realize how much I now actually love myself and others... and, finally, to feel and know I am "Home"... within myself!

My tendency to worry about what others think of me. This caused me to be “too self conscious” and not contribute when my input would have been worthwhile. I didn’t like “playing small”.

38 years of psychistric drugs and hideous amounts of money spent on therapies which did nothing but paper over cracks. I lost my job as a teacher and have lived a limited life of suffering
